Mosaic Technology Systems Demo SMS
About This Program
This page documents the SMS messaging program associated with the Mosaic Technology Systems product demonstration line. Mosaic Technology Systems is a B2B software company headquartered in Illinois that builds AI voice receptionist products for HVAC service contractors. Our product demonstration system uses a mock HVAC business called Comfort First HVAC to showcase the complete inbound call, appointment booking, and customer notification workflow that our software provides to real HVAC businesses. This SMS program supports the demonstration by sending sample text messages to prospective business clients who have called our demo line and verbally consented to receive a sample confirmation as part of evaluating our product.
How Users Opt In
Prospective business clients evaluating our software call our product demonstration phone line. During the call, they interact with our AI voice receptionist, walking through a complete appointment booking experience that simulates what their own customers would experience if they deployed our product. Near the end of the booking workflow, the AI receptionist explicitly asks: "Would you like to receive text updates? We will send a booking confirmation now and updates when the technician is on the way. Message and data rates may apply."
If the caller responds affirmatively, their verbal consent is captured as their opt-in. The consent moment is recorded as part of the full call recording, and the affirmative response is logged with a timestamp and the caller's phone number in our customer database. Only callers who provide a clear affirmative verbal response receive any text messages from this program. Callers who decline, do not respond, or provide an ambiguous response do not receive any messages.
This opt-in mechanism is part of the product demonstration itself. The verbal consent flow that prospects experience during the demo mirrors the consent flow that real HVAC businesses would deploy using our software with their actual customers.
What Messages You Will Reveive
If you opt in during your demo call, you will receive sample SMS messages demonstrating the types of notifications a real HVAC customer would receive in a live deployment. These include sample appointment confirmations with date and time details, sample technician on-the-way notifications, sample technician arrival notifications, and sample service completion confirmations.
All messages are clearly identified as samples from Comfort First HVAC, our demonstration business, and are part of the product evaluation experience rather than confirmations of real service appointments. No real technicians will be dispatched and no real service will occur, since this is a software demonstration.
Message Frequency
Message frequency is approximately one to four messages per demo call. Program-wide volume is low, typically to five to twenty clients per week based on demo call activity.
Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Opt-out is handled automatically by Twilio's default keyword management and takes effect immediately. The opt-out keywords recognized are STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, and OPTOUT.
If you opt out and later wish to receive demo messages again, you can reply START or YES or UNSTOP to re-subscribe.
